The Steepest Ride in the World


“Takabisha, an attraction with the steepest descent in the world, is currently being build. The huge roller coaster will undoubtedly be a new milestone for theme-park lovers looking for a adrenaline rush.

On July 16 (2011) the “Takabisha” opens in Fuji-Q Highland Park for the public. In the shadow of Mount Fiji, the visitors can make an unforgettable ride. The ride is a kilometer long, in which there are 7 loopings, but the end of the ride is the most spectacular: a free fall of 43 meters.
It is said that the passengers experience weightlessness during the terrifying dive down. “Takabisha” take the title of steepest ride from the Mumbo Jumbo at Flamingo Land in Yorkshire, UK.
